Timothy Guiles

Tim Guiles accompanies several Vermont choruses including the Randolph Singers, the Mad River Chorale, and the Vermont Symphony Chorus. Along with teaching piano lessons, he enjoys tutoring math and german. Tim has been the musical director for shows like “Sweeney Todd” and “A Little Night Music” at Montpelier’s Lost Nation Theater, “Les Mis” at Barre’s Spaulding High School, and “The Last 5 Years” at Waitfield’s Bundy Gallery. Sometimes you will see Tim singing with his 9-voice acappella jazz group, Maple Jam. He is often (pleasantly) eclipsed by his musically talented son, Zachary, who plays the trombone and is enrolled at the Interlochen Arts Academy.
