The Randolph Singers' Organizational Highlights

2007-05-16 13:19:16 - Back

The Singers perform a minimum of two concerts per year featuring repertoire from Classical to Broadway show tunes;

A typical performance will provide 30 - 50 singers an opprtunity to perform;

Participants travel from across Vermont to perform with the Singers: the current membership comes from communities including Vershire, Cabot, Tunbridge, The Mad River Valley, Barre, Montpelier, and of course the larger Randolph Area;

The Randolph Singers is a 501(c)(3) organization and therefore all contributions are tax deductible;

The Randolph Singers, contrary to the tendencies of nearly EVERY arts organization in America, has been able to maintain a positive balance sheet with only a minimum of public financial support.  This highly disciplined protocol will ensure the organizations long-term financial viability;

As of September 2006 the singers enjoy 100% board participation in our fundraising efforts;

The Randolph Singers is not an elitist group; there are no auditions, the only requirement is a love of singing, a willingness to fully embrace the highest standards of excellence, and a commitment to work diligently to achieve said standards;
